Avg API Usage
The average number of inbound API calls your Salesforce org has over a rolling 24-hour period during the month. Calculated as a percentage based on the allocated 24-hour API calls permitted for your organization.
Max API % Hit
The time and date when inbound API calls peaked during the previous month.
Data Usage
The percentage of stored data permitted for your organization in relation to the cap set by Salesforce.
Mass Deletes
The number of times mass deletes have occurred using the Mass Delete Record function in Salesforce. This does not cover deletes done by external applications (i.e. DataLoader.Io) or manual deletes done by a User or the Data Import Wizard.
Failed Logins
Number of times a failed login was recorded, along with a breakdown of the top reasons. Examples of failed login reasons include: Invalid Password, Not Approved for Access, and Inactive User
Top App Syncs
List of the top connected applications that are syncing data to and from Salesforce. This includes applications that have either been installed (via AppExchange or natively) and applications that have OAuth authorization access to Salesforce.
Failed App Syncs
List of detected applications that stopped syncing during the month. A failed sync is determined by SafeGuard understanding the syncing patterns of all installed applications and recognizing when a sync is supposed to occur but doesn’t. For example, if a marketing automation platform has been synced with Salesforce, SafeGuard learns over time the sync between Salesforce normally occurs every 10 minutes. When a sync does not occur at the 10 minute mark a notification will be triggered.
New applications this month
List of new applications that are detected as having been installed during the month. This includes packages that have been installed via the AppExchange, or natively, as well as software that has been granted access via Oauth.
Metadata
List of the top metadata categories that were edited during the month. Examples of categories include: Workflow Rules, Custom Objects, Flows, and Apex Classes.
