Sustainability

CloudKettle hereby certifies that it completes annual third party Audits, evaluating Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement practices.

Ethical Labor Practices

CloudKettle represents that it does not, and warrants and covenants that it will not, engage in unethical labor practices, including human trafficking, slavery or the use of child or forced labor, and that it will take steps to ensure that its suppliers and subcontractors do not engage in such practices.

CloudKettle also covenants (a) not to export or re-export, directly or indirectly, any regulated technical data, alone or embodied in any product, in violation of any U.S. or foreign export control laws and (b) not to use any regulated technical data, alone or embodied in a product, for purposes prohibited by any U.S. or foreign export control laws, including for nuclear, chemical or biological weapons proliferation purposes.
