Environmental Policy

CloudKettle strives to be a leader in environmental sustainability and believes that a successful future for our business and customers we serve depends on the sustainability of the environment, communities and economies in which we operate.

Sustainability

CloudKettle hereby certifies that it completes annual third party Audits, evaluating Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement practices.

CloudKettle will align its purchasing decisions with its commitment to protect the environment. We will purchase environmentally preferred products and services to the greatest extent practical to ensure that purchasing decisions achieve best value, and that preference will be given to the purchase of goods and services that have a less adverse impact on human health and the environment. This is to be practiced wherever environmentally preferred products and services perform satisfactorily and are available at a reasonable cost.

Ethical Labor Practices

CloudKettle represents that it does not, and warrants and covenants that it will not, engage in unethical labor practices, including human trafficking, slavery or the use of child or forced labor, and that it will take steps to ensure that its suppliers and subcontractors do not engage in such practices.

CloudKettle is committed to providing a healthy and safe work environment for our workers. CloudKettle is also committed to integrating this health and safety policy into our everyday activities. We are responsible for the health and safety of our workers while they are at work. We will make every effort to provide a healthy and safe work environment. We recognize the workers’ duty to identify hazards. We support and encourage workers to play an active role in identifying hazards and to offer suggestions or ideas to improve health and safety at our workplace.

CloudKettle hereby certifies that it has not been designated as a person who or that is prohibited from receiving certain technical data by any foreign or U.S. governmental agency, including the U.S. Treasury Department (under its List of Specially Designated Nationals) or the U.S. Commerce Department (under its Denied Persons or Entity List). CloudKettle also covenants (a) not to export or re-export, directly or indirectly, any regulated technical data, alone or embodied in any product, in violation of any U.S. or foreign export control laws and (b) not to use any regulated technical data, alone or embodied in a product, for purposes prohibited by any U.S. or foreign export control laws, including for nuclear, chemical or biological weapons proliferation purposes.
