The Challenge

The solution needed to integrate seamlessly with critical third party tools including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for data transmission across platforms.

The existing Salesforce org was reviewed and audited to ensure that all essential processes were captured and migrated.

 

Product Schedule Implementation

Complex global distribution and shipping requirements necessitated engineering of a unique fulfillment process, including account hierarchy mapping. This would allow client to forecast quantities scheduled to be distributed to customers around the globe.

ERP Integration

CloudKettle worked with the ERP team to build the Salesforce connector, allowing critical information to be passed back and forth between platforms and decreasing manual effort required by the team.

 

Community

By working with the client to understand the customer based, CloudKettle created an improved customer community with major enhancements, including the creation of a self-serve environment. This empowered clients to answer common questions, and minimized support cases.
